Note, you may file a dispute with aINSIGHT if you believe that any information in your background/file reports is inaccurate or incomplete. The dispute investigation process generally takes up to 30 days, depending on the nature, scope, and source of information being disputed. By law, you are entitled to the before-mentioned information.
We will promptly investigate the specific information/records that you are disputing, our trained and dedicated consumer support representatives can work with you to help correct inaccurate information on your report.
