HR Open Standards
aINSIGHT is an HR Open Standard premier partner and pioneer. Our solution features an HR Open Standards certified API that supports HRXML and JSON and is already utilized by many of our partners integrated with their third-party or in-house ATS, HCM, and CRM solutions. The solution allows you to order and retrieve screening services for your applicants/employees through your ATS, HRIS, or CRM. For clients that have technology that does not support HR Open Standards, aINSIGHT’s API features a custom transform “by partner” that allows the transformation of any standard or schema that you use to ours, eliminating custom development overhead. We can handle multiple integrations and could work with the integration company you have always used.
