The aINSIGHT Driver Qualification File Management Solution (DQF) is managed and audited by our in-house specialists. Using the Safety Performance History Request forms, aINSIGHT will verify the most recent three years of DOT employment history.
Requests include verification of drug & alcohol controlled substances testing records as well as accident information. This information is requested in compliance with Department of Transportation Regulations ‘40.25(g) and ‘382.405(f) and (h).
